Airys Family Dentistry is a growing, patient-centered general dental practice that has proudly served our community for over two and a half years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. About Our Practice Airys Family Dentistry is led by Dr. Airy Choi , whose approach to care is rooted in trust, transparency, and mutual respect. Office Hours: Wednesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Office Website: https://airysfamilydentistry.com/ Responsibilities: Greet and check in/check out patients Collect payments Schedule the doctor efficiently to daily production goals Present and track treatment plans; follow up as needed Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Coordinate with other front desk roles for daily front desk responsibilities and make sure all daily tasks are completed Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a general dental practice Experience with dental software (Oryx preferred, not required) Experience with third-party financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry) Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ideal Candidate Traits: High level of professionalism Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Takes initiative and ownership Organized and detail-oriented Problem solver with a positive attitude Motivated to grow with the practice Technology We Use: Oryx Practice Management Software (Cloud Based) Vatech Portable X-ray System Vatech Green X 12 (Panoramic/CBCT) TRIOS 5 Scanner with 3Shape Software iTero Lumina How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications above and are excited to grow with a practice where your role truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
