Designed with state-of-the-art technology and a strong focus on patient experience, we are building a professional and organized team from the ground up. We are seeking a dependable Dental Assistant/Sterile Tech to join us and support clinical excellence from day one. We are hiring a customer service/Team minded person first. We will teach skill. This position offers a structured workflow with one assistant per doctor and two-column scheduling, allowing for efficiency without compromising patient care. ⸻ Responsibilities Provide a professional and welcoming experience for patients Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly Take digital radiographs and perform intraoral scanning Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Prepare instruments and materials for procedures Support smooth patient flow and clear communication between clinical and front office teams ⸻ Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (as required by state regulations) X-ray certification CPR certification Chairside experience preferred Experience with intraoral scanning is a plus Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Curve, Open Dental, or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently ⸻ What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience One assistant per doctor (no split coverage) Organized two-column scheduling Modern equipment and digital workflows Supportive team culture Opportunity to grow with a newly established practice ⸻ Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week Work Location: In person
