Dental Assistant (RDA) – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Reach Dental – Buda/Kyle, TX We are looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team at Reach Dental. About the Position The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (English and Spanish) , has at least 2 years of hands-on chairside experience , and is comfortable working with Open Dental software . We are seeking someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a positive patient experience. Responsibilities Chairside assisting during dental procedures Taking digital X-rays and impressions Sterilization and infection-control protocols Patient education and post-treatment instructions (English & Spanish) Charting and documentation in Open Dental software Supporting the dentist and front office team with daily clinical flow Qualifications Current Texas RDA license required Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent in both written and spoken Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Friendly, supportive work environment Growth opportunities within the practice Location: Buda/Kyle, TX Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.), with occasional Saturdays Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
