Bilingual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) – Full-Time - Grand Oaks Dentistry - Cedar Park, TX

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Dental Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with patients, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about providing excellent dental care. Fluency in Spanish is required to help us communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking patients and ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures and examinations. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment. Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable during their appointments. Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish regarding appointments, treatment instructions, and general dental care. Take dental X-rays as permitted by applicable certifications and state requirements. Prepare and organize dental instruments, materials, and supplies. Update and maintain accurate patient records. Provide patients with post-treatment instructions in English and Spanish. Assist with scheduling appointments and other front-office duties as needed. Follow all OSHA, infection control, and office safety guidelines. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly with patients in both languages. No previous dental assisting experience needed Dental assisting certification or relevant training preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced dental office. Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive patient experience.
