Entry-Level Dental Assistant (Bilingual / English & Spanish Preferred) - New Hope Dentist - Cedar Park, TX

We are looking for an Entry-Level Dental Assistant who is eager to launch or build their career in a supportive clinical environment. Whether you are a recent graduate of a dental assisting program or early in your career, we are looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a passion for helping people feel comfortable at the dentist. Bilingual skills (English and Spanish fluency) are a major plus for communicating comfortably with our diverse patient community! Key Responsibilities: Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist and hygienist during various procedures (passing instruments, maintaining a clean field, charting). Patient Care & Comfort: Welcome patients into the operatory, help them feel relaxed, and clearly explain what to expect during their visit. Infection Control & Sterilization: Properly sterilize instruments, prepare and turn over treatment rooms between patients, and maintain strict safety standards. Imaging: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos to support accurate diagnoses. Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our front office and administrative team to ensure a smooth, efficient daily workflow. Qualifications & What We’re Looking For: Experience Level: Entry-level friendly! Recent dental assisting school graduates or candidates with some foundational experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to best serve our patients. Personality: Warm, empathetic, reliable, and a proactive team player who loves to learn. Certifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and CPR certification.
