Bilingual Dental Sales & Patient Experience Specialist Sense Dental Group – Orlando, Florida Sense Dental Group is looking for an energetic, compassionate, bilingual (English/Spanish), and sales-driven professional who loves working with people and is motivated by achieving results. This is NOT a traditional dental receptionist position. We want someone who enjoys speaking with patients, making phone calls, building relationships, converting leads into appointments, and helping patients move forward with their dental care. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients. Convert inquiries and leads into scheduled appointments. Welcome patients and deliver an exceptional in-person experience. Follow up with patients, reactivate inactive patients, and reduce cancellations. Present dental services, treatment options, and available financing. Support treatment acceptance and achieve scheduling and sales goals. Build long-term relationships through empathy, compassion, and excellent communication. Maintain accurate patient information and support daily front desk operations. Ideal Candidate Fluent in English and Spanish – REQUIRED. Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills. Sales-oriented, goal-driven, and motivated by results. Confident making outbound calls and asking patients to schedule. Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely interested in helping people. Positive attitude, high energy, and a proactive mindset. Comfortable discussing pricing, payment options, and treatment recommendations. Organized, reliable, and eager to learn. Ambitious and interested in growing professionally within a company. Experience in dental offices, healthcare, customer service, call centers, hospitality, or sales is preferred. Dental experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training in dental services, terminology, scheduling, insurance basics, patient communication, and treatment coordination.
