Registered Dental Assistant (RDA):

Rinse is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Registered Dental Assistant to join our state-of-the-art practice! Extremely competitive pay, including health/dental/vision benefits, 401k match, PTO and more!

Open to part-time and full-time. 

What you’ll do

At Rinse, you'll be more than a traditional dental assistant, you'll help the patient navigate their visit. From a friendly welcome to a warm goodbye, you're there to ensure every patient receives the best possible experience.

Supporting the patient's visit:

• Welcome patients into our studio and make their stay comfortable
• Collect or confirm health history, take x-rays (Nomad) and create a 3D scan of the mouth (Trios)
• Charting
• Hygiene assisting including polishing/flossing and applying whitening treatments
• Four-handed dentistry, assisting the doctor while ensuring the patient is comfortable
• Setup, breakdown and sterilize treatment rooms
• Ensure recalls and/or treatment is setup and booked
• Patient check-out

Beyond the visit:

• Sterilize equipment, and adhere to the highest levels of infection control policies and safety regulation
• Design and submit labs ensuring labs are submitted accurately, lab questions are answered and cases are received in time.
• Support inventory management or ordering
• Equipment and room maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

• Computer and dental system savvy
• Adept at quickly collecting perfect x-ray, CBCT, and intraoral scans
• Experience using Open Dental
• Experience with Trios / 3Shape intraoral scanning
• Valid CA RDA License
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
