Job Description

This position is not an office manager positon. Skills in accounts, billing and insurance are not needed.

This person must be an RDA and will be supervising DA's in the back office only.

Must be experienced with creating and managing schedules of DA's, conducting performance evaluations and addressing behavior that may need correcting. Will be responsible for finding or providing coverage for DA call outs/PTO. Will also interview and train new hires.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

We are hiring two DA Supervisors. One at 8405 Beverly Blvd, 90048 and one at 137 N. Virgil Ave, 90004. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8/8:30a-4:30/5p.
