Who We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of chairside experience (RDA preferred but not required)

• Proficient in four-handed dentistry, digital charting, and X-rays

• Experience with iTero scanning and placing Invisalign attachments

• Professional, polished, and confident in patient communication

• Proactive, detail-driven, and consistently completes tasks without reminders

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment that demands excellence

• Bonus: Eaglesoft experience

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the doctor with general, surgical, and cosmetic procedures

• Maintaining OSHA and infection control compliance

• Educating patients pre- and post-operatively with clarity and empathy

• Taking accurate X-rays, CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and alginate impressions

• Keeping operatories and sterilization immaculate, stocked, and fully compliant
