Our dental practice is looking for a friendly and Cross Trained Admin/Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Responsibilities: Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar Verify insurance coverage and process payments Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the dental team Qualifications: Previous experience in a dental office preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Dentrix software is a plus Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment X-ray Certification is a plus!!
