Lux Dental, a new state of the art, premier dental practice committed to providing exceptional care to our patients, is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Position is for 3-4 days a week with more days to be added soon. Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance. Verify and update patient information in the system. Process insurance information and handle billing inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems and dental software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
