We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Bright Now! Dental in San Jose, CA ! This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours): Mon, Thur, Fri 8am-5pm, Tues & Wed 9am-6pm, 1-2 Sat a month 8am-3pm Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort Take and develop X-rays as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed We provide our patients with our core value of the 3 G's: Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude! Qualifications: Must be a Registered Dental Assistant in California Have a current CPR/BLS certification Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $27-$32/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
