Group dental practice seeking experienced Dental Hygienist in Tempe, AZ

We are looking for an experienced hygienist to join our team 4 days a week to help us care for our patients in a compassionate and professional environment.  

We are a well established private practice in Tempe, AZ providing General Dentistry and specialist services to our patients.  The practice focus is 'patient's first'.  Our entire team works collaboratively to achieve optimal dental care for all of our patients. Our owner dentist was recognized as one of Phoenix Top Dentists for three consecutive years.

Candidate Requirements

We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills.  The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts. They will be proficient in Dentrix and feel comfortable disucssing treatment needs with the patient as well as effctively communicatung with other team members to ensure a positive experience for each patient at every visit.  Communication and teamwork is important in being able to maintain our high standard of care.

Job Responsibilities

Hygienist responsibilities include the day to day hands on of patient care, chart prepping, sterilization and supporting the team as required. The successful candidate will:

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge  
• Support practice-wide initiatives and special projects as needed
• Demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences
