Position Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Qualifications The ideal candidate will need to: have a friendly disposition who thrives on communication and building relationships be reliable and efficient with their day-to-day tasks and be adaptable to change be a TEAM PLAYER that is goal oriented, and who will display a positive attitude towards any challenges. Main Duties Chair-side assisting of four handed dentistry Expose dental radiographs Operatory setup and breakdown Sterilizing and processing instruments Take traditional impressions as well as utilizing digital imaging Educate patients on oral health and give clear post operative instructions Inventory Management Schedule Appointments Maintain and upkeep dental equipment Fabricate temporary crowns Place sealants Perform coronal polishing Experience in oral surgery is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate!
