Dental Front Desk Sales Specialist – Patient Services Sense Dental Center is looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-oriented Front Desk team member to join our growing dental practice. This position is the first point of contact for our patients , both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and guiding patients to schedule the dental care they need. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset , who is comfortable speaking with patients, answering questions, and encouraging them to schedule their appointments. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm patient appointments Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment confirmations and follow-ups Help patients schedule recommended treatments and future visits Maintain accurate patient information in the system Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Provide excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience Help the practice maintain a productive schedule by encouraging patients to book appointments Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly personality with a sales-oriented mindset Ability to handle multiple phone calls and patient requests efficiently Experience in customer service, sales, reception, or call center environments preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Basic computer skills Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus but not required Bilingual English / Spanish preferred Compensation & Performance Bonus This position offers competitive hourly pay plus a performance-based bonus program .
