Patient Experience Coordinator/Receptionist - Boutique Pediatric Dental Office
We are looking to welcome a new Patient Experience Coordinator to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who considers themselves a detail- and service-oriented people-person! We offer a personalized and caring approach for our families, so we are looking for a new team member who prides themselves on being helpful and offering great customer service.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00++ per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for quareterly bonuses. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term position and growing with our office.
Days/Hours: We see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and 1-2 Fridays a month 8:15 am to 5:15 pm. One Saturday/month 8:15 am- 1 pm. Available Admin time Wednesdays. Major holidays excluded.

Our office is in a great area with restaurants nearby and a convenient commute, with easy access from the 101 and 280, walking distance from Caltrain, and just steps from the newly completed Muni T. Ample free parking in the area.
We are a true Fee-for-Service office, making administration straightforward and easy. Low volume Pre-auths and Claims follow up. Easy electronic claims submission
REQUIREMENTS:
- We are looking for an up-beat "people-person". Must be comfortable communicating with families over the phone and in person to offer the best service.
- Minimum of 1 year Dental or Medical Front Desk and Customer Service experience, with comfort working with scheduling, insurance and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience with Open Dental Software is a plus
- Ability to be accountable for timely responsibilities of the job
- Teamwork and mutual support and kindness to each other
- Compassionate care for patients and interest in working with kids
- High standards for personal professional performance.
