RDA/ DA opportunity in Ventura, CA

Our dental team is looking for an experienced, friendly and highly motivated RDA/ DA to join our private dental office. We see patients of all ages from 1-101 and focus primarily on preventative and restorative dentistry. The right candidate must have great chair-side manners and be both well organized and detail oriented.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives. 

• Minimum 1 year dental work experience
• Proficient in all areas of general dentistry
• Comfortable working with modern dental technology ( digital scanners &  digital pano/sensors) 
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Ability to multi-task
