Our established fee-for-service general dentistry practice in West Hollywood is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our amazing team of three experienced general dentists.
We’re not just filling a position — we’re looking for the right personality, attitude, and team player who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in dentistry.

📍 Position Details
- Job Title: Full-Time Dental Assistant / RDA
- Location: West Hollywood, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time)
- Weekends: NEVER (work-life balance matters!)
- Holidays: Closed on all major holidays
- Benefits: Health insurance + 401(k) retirement plan
- PTO: Paid time off available
- Parking: Paid parking provided
- Uniforms: Provided after 90-day probation period
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Chairside assisting and supporting doctors during procedures
- Setting up and “flipping” rooms efficiently between patients
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining safety standards (OSHA/CDC)
- Managing and tracking dental lab cases
- Assisting with in-office whitening treatments
- Taking X-rays (if certified)
- Keeping the office clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Learning directly from experienced doctors every day
