Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and maintaining organized files Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously in person or over the phone Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Dentrix Experience with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and office management tasks Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties, including calendar management and patient support (nice-to-have) Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Associate where your enthusiasm for organization and customer service will make a real difference.
