What We're Looking For: ✅ CEREC Experience Designing restorations Staining and glazing onlays / crowns Comfortable with same-day dentistry workflows ✅ Clear Aligner Knowledge Scanning patients Placing attachments Assisting with aligner treatment and monitoring progress ✅ Kid-Friendly Superstar Comfortable performing kid prophys (under age 6) Nitrous certified/experienced Experience assisting with pediatric restorative procedures Able to make dental visits fun and stress-free for little patients ✅ Front Office Experience Familiar with scheduling, patient communication, and treatment coordination Strong working knowledge of Open Dental Bonus Points If You: ⭐ Understand dental insurance and benefits (we are Fee for Service but still need to have basic understanding of how insurance works, etc) ⭐ Can confidently place rubber dams ⭐ Enjoy learning new technology and procedures ⭐ Love being part of a positive, drama-free team Who You Are: Friendly and upbeat Dependable and organized Great with patients of all ages Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed Passionate about providing outstanding care What You'll Get: A supportive team that values your skills A modern, technology-driven practice Opportunities to learn and grow Patients who appreciate great care and great people The office name is Flossologie. Our address is 13053 W Linebaugh Ave, suite #102. We are looking for someone to start end of July/ beginning of Aug. Our office works 3 x 12 hour days per week. The days rotate per week on a 2 week schedule. So one week, we work Tuesday-Thursday and then the next week we work Wednesday-Friday. The patient care hours are 7am-6pm. We are typically here from 6:30am until 7 or 7:30pm.
