Our growing dental practice in Plant City is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will help create a welcoming and positive experience while keeping the front office running smoothly. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:40 AM – 4:30 PM Friday (alternating): 8 AM – 12:00 PM Our Practice Focus on full-mouth reconstruction & complex cases Highly rated and trusted by our patients Fee-for-service (no Medicaid, no HMO,) We are OON provider Patient-centered, quality-driven care CEREC same-day crown technology Privately owned practice established in 1990 The Role You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring each interaction—from scheduling to financial coordination—is handled with efficiency, clarity, and professionalism. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing patient schedules Preparing treatment plans using proper dental coding Calculating and collecting payments with accuracy Reviewing and maintaining patient records in Eaglesoft Confirming appointments and handling patient communication Providing a welcoming and professional front office experience Requirements: Previous dental front desk experience Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail oriented Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule Professional appearance and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation- Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour ( Based On Performance) Retirement plan- 401k Match Dental coverage Paid holidays, time off, and sick leave Opportunities for professional growth Monday–Thursday: 7:40 AM – 4:30 PM Friday (alternating): 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM If you are professional, motivated, and looking to be part of something special, we encourage you to apply.
