What We're Looking For At least 2 years of orthodontic experience preferred Outstanding customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Organized with excellent time management Dependable and punctual Comfortable learning new technology and systems Adaptable and willing to help wherever needed A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic About the Role As one of the first members of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in both clinical and administrative areas as the practice grows. Responsibilities may include: Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression Answering phones and scheduling appointments Assisting with new patient consultations Coordinating treatment and discussing financial arrangements Insurance verification and billing Clinical orthodontic assisting (based on experience) Supporting daily office operations to ensure an outstanding patient experience We're happy to provide training for the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow.
