Dental Assistant (Monday- Thursday + Two Fridays per Month) - Riverside Dental - Leesburg, VA

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to keeping our practice running smoothly, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Schedule: Monday through Thursday Two Fridays per month Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking dental X-rays Assisting the dentist chairside during procedures Taking impressions Setting up treatment rooms for patient care Proper cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments and equipment Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment Supporting the dental team to ensure efficient patient care Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Knowledge of SoftDent is preferred but not required Commitment to providing excellent patient care Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Work Location: In person
