Modern dental clinic seeking professional Dental Assistant in Phoenix, AZ

We are a private practice looking for a SUPERSTAR dental assistant to join our team. We are a tenured staff so this job opening is a very rare find. We work Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.

Maintain accurate Dental records and documentation for all patients-We use Dentrix Ascend

Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available

Utilize 3D scanners- We use Itero

Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.

Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology

Experience with 3D scanners (Itero) and general dentistry practices

Knowledge of general dentistry, Invisalign, and Implants

Skilled in Dentrix-We use Dentrix Ascend for patient management

Understanding of HIPAA regulations

Ability to perform X-rays and manage vital signs

Experience with Dental documentation and coding
