Our busy, patient-focused dental practice in West New York, NJ is looking for a reliable, motivated dental assistant to join our team. We’re a close-knit office that treats each other like family and takes great care of our patients. Experienced assistant or eager to grow: if you’re dependable, great with people, and looking for a long-term home, we’d love to meet you. What you’ll do: Chairside assisting (four-handed dentistry, suction, instrument passing) Set up and break down operatories, sterilization and infection control Take digital X-rays (NJ X-ray license required to expose radiographs) Assist with restorative and general procedures Help with front-desk tasks like recall calls, scheduling, and insurance follow-up Patient communication and post-op instructions What we’re looking for: Bilingual English/Spanish, comfortable speaking with patients in English Local candidates preferred (West New York, Guttenberg, North Bergen, Union City area) Reliable and punctual, our number one priority A positive attitude and willingness to learn; we’re happy to train the right person Authorized to work in the US Nice to have (not required): Current NJ dental X-ray license Dentrix Benefits: 401(k) Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
