Innovative dental practice seeking talented Dental Hygienist in Gilbert, AZ

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Full Time Schedule:

Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Tuesday:7:45am-5:00pm

Wednesday: 6:45am-5:00pm

Friday 6:45am-3:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures,including cleaning, scaling and polishing teeth.
• Take intro/extra oral photos and digital dental x-rays.
• Conduct oral examinations to assess the overall oral health of patients.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for home care.
• Administer local anesthesia,nitrous oxide and laser therapy as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records,including medical history and treatment plans.
• Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies.

  Requirements:
• Valid state dental hyginene license. 
• Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program. 
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy,oral health systems, and dental terminology.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation,including maintaining accurate patient records.
• Expierience working with soft tissue diode laser is preferred but not required. 
• Familiarity with dentrix and dexis is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills,both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with othet dental professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent naual dexterity.
• Commitment to following strict infection control protocols.
