Our dental office is looking for a dental receptionist that will help our practice grow! We are a state of the art dental office focused on patient care, giving our patients the best experience they ever had! We are a fast pace office looking for a creative, highly motivated and team oriented individual. Experience is a plus! Duties include: -handling outgoing and incoming patient care calls -Scheduling appointments for new and existing patients -answering patient questions and addressing their concerns -Insurance verification and treatment plan presentations -Assisting patients understand insurance benefits and financing options -billing out to insurance on behalf of patients -serving as an information desk including transferring calls and accepting messages Demonstrating a sound knowledge of service and professionalism while executing the above tasks is a must!
