Registered Dental Assistant

Full Time • Available Immediately • $27–$30/hour, based on experience

Are you ready to be part of a dental team that does more than fix teeth? We practice wellness dentistry, which means we look at the whole chewing system and how oral health connects to the health of the entire body. We help our patients understand why things are happening in their mouths, not just what needs to be fixed, so they can move toward optimal health and feel better long term.

We are looking for a warm, motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. You do not need experience in wellness or functional dentistry. If you are curious, love learning, and care about treating patients like people rather than numbers, we will happily teach you the rest, including exciting protocols like guided biofilm therapy, ozone therapy, and salivary screening.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Chairside assisting for a variety of restorative and preventive procedures

• Taking quality impressions and intraoral scans

• Fabricating provisionals

• Taking x-rays and photos

• Communication with dental labs and dental supply companies

• Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for at every visit

• Learning and growing alongside a team that invests in education

What We Are Looking For

• Current RDA license and x-ray certification

• Experience with impressions, intraoral scanning, provisionals, clear aligners, and x-rays is desired

• Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus

• Organization as well as proficiency with standards of sterilization and infection control

• A genuine interest in patient education and whole-body health (no prior wellness dentistry experience required)

• A kind, positive presence and strong communication skills

• Punctual and reliable, desire to work in a team

Schedule and Pay

• Full time, available immediately

• Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• $26–$30 per hour, based on experience
