Creative Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is growing! We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and friendly team member to join our pediatric dental practice. We are hiring for either a Front Office Coordinator or Back Office/Clinical RDA position , depending on your experience, strengths, and interests. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do: Back Office / Clinical RDA Assist with pediatric dental procedures Take radiographs and complete clinical charting Prepare and turn over treatment rooms Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards Help create a positive experience for children and families Front Office Coordinator Welcome patients and families Answer phones and schedule appointments Coordinate treatment and manage the daily schedule Assist with patient and insurance information Provide excellent customer service What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual Reliable transportation Friendly, professional, and great with children Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
