Who We're Looking For

Are you a highly motivated and experienced registered dental assistant looing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Our growing pediatric dental practice is seeking a standout RDA to join our team! 

We are searching for someone who brings energy, precision, and heart to their work.

The ideal candidate is:

• An RDA with hands-on experience in a fast-paced clinical setting
• A quick learner who adapts easily to new protocols and technologies
• Fast-moving and efficient, with strong multi-tasking skills
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a warm, supportive attitude with patients and team members
• Reliable, proactive, and excited about pediatric care and airway health. 
• Experience with iTero scanner, cementing orthodontic appliances, and using CurveHero dental software is desired however not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in specialized procedures including tongue tie releases on infants and children, as well as oral function assessments, orthodontic records and cementing/removing orthodontic expanders
• Provide exceptional chairside support to the doctor
• Educate and guide parents through post-op care and oral function exercises
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Be part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration, learning, and positive energy.
