Date posted: April 24, 2026 Pay: $28 – $35/hour (based on experience and skill level) Job Title: High-Level Dental Assistant / RDA (Growth-Oriented Practice)Job Description: Camarillo Premier Dental is looking for a high-performing Dental Assistant or RDA who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and wants to grow in a well-run, systems-driven practice. We are not looking for someone who just “shows up.” We are looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and helps the doctor run efficiently. If you are the type of assistant who: Stays one step ahead of the doctor Keeps rooms turning efficiently Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do …you will do very well here. We understand strong RDAs are hard to find. If you are an excellent DA with the right mindset, we are willing to train and support you toward becoming an RDA.
